Responsibilities:

Sales Process Optimization:
● Analyze and streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Sales Analytics and Reporting:

● Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales performance.

● Utilize data-driven analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Sales Forecasting and Planning:
● Work closely with sales leadership to create accurate sales forecasts and plans.
● Provide insights into potential revenue opportunities and challenges.

CRM Management:
● Oversee the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
● Ensure data accuracy, implement system enhancements, and provide training to the sales team.
Sales Enablement:

● Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop sales collateral, tools, and training materials.

● Ensure that the sales team is equipped with the necessary resources to succeed in their roles.

Process Documentation and Training:
